The ACES Information Technology Help Desk is an excellent place to begin with technology-related questions, training requests, or technology support. We are located in Gerald Thomas Hall, Room 174, and open daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for ACES faculty and staff.

In addition to the ACES IT Help Desk team, all ACES on and off-campus offices are supported by ACES IT System Analysts. We call them our road warriors, and they can remote in to your computer or hit the road if an office visit is needed to resolve your technical issue.

A help request begins at the ACES IT Help Desk and is then assigned to the appropriate analyst. Our goal is to provide timely support in all instances, because we know how frustrating it can be when something isn't working just right.

We also provide information on technology tools and resources available to you in planning your next meeting or conference. Whether you need a program website or logo, online registration information, or tools available to market your program, we are here to assist you.
