Software Procurement (PIT Form)
Before downloading, purchasing, or integrating any third-party software, AI application, or browser extension not currently offered by Central IT or ACES IT, you must submit a Procurement of Information Technology (PIT) form. To ensure data security, all tools, even free tools, must undergo a formal IT security audit prior to installation.
Failure to obtain authorization could result in loss of network and purchasing privileges.
