Equipment Removal
ACES IT is happy to assist our off-site locations with retired equipment removal. We ask that your county/site help us in this transition by filling out the appropriate paperwork for removal or transfer of equipment and our staff will transport your equipment.
Inventory Change Request Form
This form is the one to use if you are sending surplus items to Property. Please fill out the form and submit it to ACES IT Help Desk. ACES IT will obtain the college-level signature when the items arrive at our office and are ready to be sent to Property. The departments should NOT be signing the forms. Section 3: official Approval is designated for the college-level approval/signature.
