Qualtrics

Qualtrics XM is a leading cloud-based Experience Management (XM) platform designed to create, distribute, and analyze online surveys and feedback for researchers and academic institutions.

It offers a wide variety of question types and allows for advanced skip/display logic. Surveys can ve distributed via email, anonymous links, or QR codes.

It includes built-in tools for real-time reporting, data visualization, and statistical analysis.

It is available for use by faculty and staff, as well as students who are actively working on projects in collaboration with faculty or staff.

College of ACES faculty and staff may request access to Qualtrics for themselves or for students who work with them by utilizing the link below. It will take you to a form that you will fill out. Once submitted, that form will be sent to the ACES IT Help Desk where a ACES IT team member will see to your request ASAP.

While the College of Agriculture, Consumer, and Environmental Sciences (ACES) maintains and pays for the overall Qualtrics licensing, we are able to extend access for external collaborators as needed.

If you would like to use a Qualtrics account under our college’s license, the cost is $100 per year. To proceed, we would just need an index number so the annual charge can be applied appropriately.
